In fact, chronic overuse of upper chest and shoulder stabilizers—especially the pectoralis minor and upper trapezius—can produce symptoms that overlap with heart issues. This is why detailed posture analysis is an essential part of my assessment process.

  • Mouse and keyboard on the same level, within easy reach

  • Chair height adjusted to your body (not the other way around)
